This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this organisation. This time I paid online to get the “discount”’offered, but they came out and couldn’t fix the blocked drain. Reporting a broken pipe. When asked if they could locate where the pipe wa broken they informed me that their pipe locator was broken. They had one in the country and it no longer worked. So needless to say after R1500 spent I was nowhere and I had to find another plumbing service. I’m not going to ever go for third time lucky…..this is the last straw. Their website still says they can locate pipes #justsaying

I logged at call at 10pm, they responded immediately. When they came in the morning They solved the issue within a few minutes, and explained what they were doing so that I knew if I could prevent it, or what the cause was. I am happy with their service professionalism! Thank you Matome and Rilly, truly appreciate that!

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I contacted them to obtain an Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) for a house that was already compliant. Instead of carrying out a fair inspection, they appeared to be looking for faults that did not actually exist. When I escalated my concerns to the CEO and CFO, Mark, I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously. Rather than addressing the issues I had raised, it seemed that the focus was on generating additional charges instead of providing genuine customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The level of service I received was extremely poor and very disappointing. I expected professionalism, honesty, and a customer-focused approach, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I contacted them to obtain an Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) for a house that was already compliant. Instead of carrying out a fair inspection, they appeared to be looking for faults that did not actually exist. We had two good experiences with these guys, but the 3rd time I opted to pay up front, with the expectation it would go well. It didn't. The plumber rocked up 2.5 hours late, alleged that we did not have the right parts (which was irrelevant as there were two tasks, he could have done one of them) and left. Then I heard nothing, until it was established 'he had gone off duty'. Now I am struggling to get a refund out of them. So be warned.

Appointed days ago to fix the leak days ago. They have been at the complex couple of times and the leak is not contained and the water leak gets worse by the day. Now I’m blamed for recommending drain surgeon. Maybe the only unblock drain as name says Drain Surgeon
