Extremely Disappointing Customer Experience

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I contacted them to obtain an Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) for a house that was already compliant. Instead of carrying out a fair inspection, they appeared to be looking for faults that did not actually exist.

When I escalated my concerns to the CEO and CFO, Mark, I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously. Rather than addressing the issues I had raised, it seemed that the focus was on generating additional charges instead of providing genuine customer service.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The level of service I received was extremely poor and very disappointing. I expected professionalism, honesty, and a customer-focused approach, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards.
