Terrible service from Amos
We had two good experiences with these guys, but the 3rd time I opted to pay up front, with the expectation it would go well. It didn't. The plumber rocked up 2.5 hours late, alleged that we did not have the right parts (which was irrelevant as there were two tasks, he could have done one of them) and left. Then I heard nothing, until it was established 'he had gone off duty'. Now I am struggling to get a refund out of them. So be warned.

10 Jun 2026, 10:33Update: It has been a week, and still no refund. They have not responded to my requests for a refund. Absolutely under no circumstances use their "pay upfront" option. They are ********s.

12 Jun 2026, 10:40Second update: After much backwardsing and forwardsing, I eventually got a partial refund, but they deducted R590 for "two callouts", which is incomprehensible. There is some guy called "Tristan" that seems to be the problem -- Bellville branch from what I can determine. So avoid at all costs.
