Big ****! - Professional ********
I ordered 4 months ago, paid deposit and got promised 3 months. Received no communication, tried to reach out, they don't answer phones or respond to whatsapp. Every attempt to resolve this situation has been ignored and they no longer communicate. I went back to their premises to confront them in person only to be informed that they had been evicted due to 4 months of non payment of rent. What irks me is that they are still advertising and phishing on instagram and other social media platforms. They are clearly ************....BEWARE!!!!!!!

I ordered 4 months ago, paid deposit and got promised 3 months. Received no communication, tried to reach out, they don't answer phones or respond to whatsapp. Every attempt to resolve this situation has been ignored and they no longer communicate. Terrible ************ Beware
This company is taking peoples money and not delivering products in other words they are ******** people. I placed an order for a custom couch in May with the commitment that we would receive our order within 10 weeks. The 10 week date came and went and after numerous WhatsApp msgs they finally came back to say the order had been delayed to 16 weeks. Needless to say the 16 week deadline came and went and they didn't deliver. Every attempt to resolve this situation has been ignored and they no longer communicate. I went back to their premises to confront them in person only to be informed that they had been evicted due to 4 months of non payment of rent. What irks me is that they are still advertising and phishing on instagram and other social media platforms. They are clearly ************....BEWARE!!!!!!!

Terrible ************ Beware
This company is taking peoples money and not delivering products in other words they are ******** people. Avoid this company
I placed an order with this company in good faith and have spent months trying to resolve the matter directly before posting this review. Throughout the process, I have experienced repeated delays, missed commitments, and extremely poor communication. On several occasions I had to follow up simply to receive an update, and when responses did arrive, they consisted of revised delivery estimates that were not honoured. The final update I received stated that my order would be delivered during the week of 20 July. I accepted that timeline and deliberately did not contact the company again, wanting to give them the opportunity to meet the commitment they had made. That week came and went. My order was not delivered, and I received no communication explaining why the promised delivery did not happen. I then sent another message requesting an honest update and gave the company a further 48 hours to respond. That message has also gone unanswered. As a final attempt to resolve the matter, I visited the company's showroom in person, only to find it closed. I have been patient throughout this process and have given the company multiple opportunities to communicate honestly and fulfil the commitments they made. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of repeated broken promises and a complete lack of proactive communication. At this stage, I have lost confidence that this matter will be resolved voluntarily and have therefore begun taking the appropriate steps to recover my funds through the relevant legal and consumer protection channels. I would still welcome a genuine effort from the company to resolve this matter, but after months of waiting, I believe other consumers should be aware of my experience before deciding to do business with them.

Absolute ****, will take your money and never deliver the goods. Something should be done about this because it seems he has ****med many people out of money. He constantly is deleting all the bad reviews off his social media pages. *****. Should be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed of himself.

NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!
If I could rate negative stars I would! Divine Designs in Durbanville, a pathetic excuse for a business. I ordered and paid for a couch on 1 February and was given a delivery date of end March. I had to CHASE up after them for weeks for feedback and was given delivery dates for April and then May. We are now in JUNE and I have still not received my couch. I have been fed nothing but LIES and false promises of delivery for this weekend past and my entire weekend has gone to waste because I had to wait at home hoping they would actually deliver but received nothing but silence. After saying I will take this to social media I was sent pictures of the couch saying it was done, and it was not even what I ordered, they completely botched the design and tried to convince me its because of the size I requested , there was no prior communication that the size would change the design in any way so I was given no option to change my sizes or choose a different design. I wanted to be done with them and accepted delivery for Monday and they just went silent once again. I have demanded my money back but they are refusing and told me they will only refund me after they sell the couch. Their serivce is absolutely PATHETIC and my biggest mistake was ignoring the bad reviews and going with them anyway. I have been blocked on their social media accounts for trying to get updates since messages on WhatsApp go unanswered for days and they don't allow calls. People need to be made aware of this company because they are the WORST!! I know I'm not the only one currently struggling with their ****ty service and incompetence but enough is enough!

I have been fed nothing but LIES and false promises of delivery for this weekend past and my entire weekend has gone to waste because I had to wait at home hoping they would actually deliver but received nothing but silence. After saying I will take this to social media I was sent pictures of the couch saying it was done, and it was not even what I ordered, they completely botched the design and tried to convince me its because of the size I requested , there was no prior communication that the size would change the design in any way so I was given no option to change my sizes or choose a different design. I wanted to be done with them and accepted delivery for Monday and they just went silent once again. I have demanded my money back but they are refusing and told me they will only refund me after they sell the couch. Their serivce is absolutely PATHETIC and my biggest mistake was ignoring the bad reviews and going with them anyway. Worst service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Divine Designs. I placed and confirmed my order on 20 March 2026 and paid the required 70% deposit, which Divine Designs acknowledged and confirmed they had received. Since then, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Over the course of nearly three months, I have been given multiple delivery dates, all of which have come and gone. Each time, a new excuse was provided and the delivery timeline was pushed out yet again. Communication has been poor, updates have been inconsistent, and I have had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information regarding an order that was already substantially paid for. As of today, 10 June 2026, I reached the point where enough is enough. I went to the showroom and demanded a full refund because Divine Designs is, in my view, in breach of the agreement that was made when my order was placed. Customers should not have to chase a company for months after paying 70% upfront, only to be met with delays, shifting deadlines, and a lack of accountability. I understand that unforeseen delays can happen in manufacturing. However, what I cannot accept is the repeated failure to honour commitments, communicate transparently, and deliver within a reasonable timeframe. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Divine Designs.

Prepare for frustration and disapointment.
Despicable service and communication. Couch ordered over 3 months ago. Delayed by 1 month due to public holidays, delivery was for last week, now moved to this week. Its Thursday and no one has reached out yet. They keep promoting things on FB instead of sorting out their backlog of orders, or just communicating with people.
