A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!

If I could rate negative stars I would! Divine Designs in Durbanville, a pathetic excuse for a business. I ordered and paid for a couch on 1 February and was given a delivery date of end March. I had to CHASE up after them for weeks for feedback and was given delivery dates for April and then May. We are now in JUNE and I have still not received my couch. I have been fed nothing but LIES and false promises of delivery for this weekend past and my entire weekend has gone to waste because I had to wait at home hoping they would actually deliver but received nothing but silence. After saying I will take this to social media I was sent pictures of the couch saying it was done, and it was not even what I ordered, they completely botched the design and tried to convince me its because of the size I requested , there was no prior communication that the size would change the design in any way so I was given no option to change my sizes or choose a different design. I wanted to be done with them and accepted delivery for Monday and they just went silent once again. I have demanded my money back but they are refusing and told me they will only refund me after they sell the couch. Their serivce is absolutely PATHETIC and my biggest mistake was ignoring the bad reviews and going with them anyway. I have been blocked on their social media accounts for trying to get updates since messages on WhatsApp go unanswered for days and they don't allow calls. People need to be made aware of this company because they are the WORST!! I know I'm not the only one currently struggling with their ****ty service and incompetence but enough is enough!
