Dischem does not care.
It's seems that Dischem has a problem displaying prices . I was told that there is a licensing problem and that price tags could not be printed. What they could not explain is , why the items were not registered on their system. The item is sanitary pads ! Price gouging on Trifectiv is an ongoing issue. It's seems to me that Dischem is all about putting ptofit before people Shame on you.

Dischem is Pathetic
Dischem's system is pathetic. On a regular basis like today again there system is off-line. If clients need their chronic medication they cannot get it through their medical scheme but are forced to pay cash

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service from Dis\-Chem Waverley\. I was promised same\-day delivery of my antibiotics, yet the business day has come to an end and my medication has still not been delivered\. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. It has become a recurring problem.Either my medication is delivered to the wrong address, or it simply does not arrive on the same day as promised. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves medication. Customers rely on pharmacies to provide their medication timeously, and delays with antibiotics are not something that should be taken lightly. If same day delivery is offered, customers should be able to rely on that promise. Repeatedly failing to deliver as agreed demonstrates a serious lack of reliability and accountability Dischem Waverley urgently needs to address its delivery service and improve communication with customers**Customers should not have to chase after medication they were promised would be delivered I would not recommend relying on this branch for time-sensitive medication until these issues are properly addressed

Dischem cornubia is terrible
Im trying to call dischem in cornubia so many times, they don't answer, are the all dead in the store, is the store closed? Or are there hands broken? Most useless.

DisChem online records are a mess
DisChem has been phoning me on my cell phone for a year now asking if they can pack my 30 year old daughter's medications. I have asked them, I have gone in store as they advised, I have phoned, I have begged and appealed, but they keep on mixing us up. This also messes up any online app use as well. We're not even on the same medical aid. What else can I do but give them one star? What a complete mess.

Nurse at Dichem Festival mall refused to assist
I went to Dischem Festival Mall today at 17:30, as due to I suspect my 5 year old daughter may be sexually assaulted and I just needed to verify if it's just an infection from the toilet or not. She refused to assist and referred me to a doctor next to Dichem mind you the doctor was closed at the time.
