DisChem online records are a mess

DisChem has been phoning me on my cell phone for a year now asking if they can pack my 30 year old daughter's medications. I have asked them, I have gone in store as they advised, I have phoned, I have begged and appealed, but they keep on mixing us up. This also messes up any online app use as well. We're not even on the same medical aid. What else can I do but give them one star? What a complete mess.
