Horrible
They don't respond. They put me on review in May 2025, that was the last time I heard from them. No response to calls, WhatsApp or emails. They made arrangements I never agreed to, instead of interest reduction, they extended payment period. At some point, they moved my vehicle finance from 6 years to 9 years, but that wasn't the agreement. Now in the process of changing the debt Counsellor, they don't want to release my profile. I had to to contact the bank to cancel the debit order and I chance my bank account

They don't respond. They put me on review in May 2025, that was the last time I heard from them. No response to calls, WhatsApp or emails. They made arrangements I never agreed to, instead of interest reduction, they extended payment period. Poor Service and does not pay your creditors
Debt Solutions Co took over my debt payments 18 months ago. They deducted R2600 from my account bit only paid R1700 to my creditor. It is now 3 weeks, no response on when they will repay, what about the interest involved. They do not answer there phones and Amaaraah does not respond to emails. I reported this company to NCR and Consumer Friend. They should not be in this business.

The worst company ever encountered, have been struggling to get hold of them for more than 6 months. Their phone never answered not responding to WhatsApp.

Service is horrible.
They are not reachable through the phone, rings forever and you will never get anyone to answer. I have been speaking to one of the managers Nikita, at first, she was being very helpful but now am not getting any response. Sent them an email on Monday and still have not received any response. I advise that you not use them.

Debt Review Listed in My Name Without My Knowledge and No Response to Dispute
I discovered that a debt review application was submitted under my ID number (***) through Debt Solutions Co on 10 March 2025. I dispute ever applying for debt review. I have repeatedly requested copies of the alleged application, signed consent forms, call recordings, and other supporting documents. Despite numerous emails, I have received no response. I have also experienced difficulty contacting the company through the contact details provided. The debt review listing has negatively affected my credit profile and ability to obtain credit. I am requesting that Debt Solutions Co provide: The alleged debt review application. Signed consent documents. Proof of identity verification. Copies of all communications re**** upon as proof of consent. To date, these requests have not been answered. I am seeking a full investigation into how this debt review application was submitted and appropriate corrective action if it was done without my authorization.

DON'T TRUST THEM
Their gave me a call trying to put me under debt review with misleading information. If you want to go the debt review route, speak to your bank. All of them has a debt review process. Lucky for them I can't give them a minus star.
