Poor Service and does not pay your creditors

Debt Solutions Co took over my debt payments 18 months ago. They deducted R2600 from my account bit only paid R1700 to my creditor. It is now 3 weeks, no response on when they will repay, what about the interest involved. They do not answer there phones and Amaaraah does not respond to emails. I reported this company to NCR and Consumer Friend. They should not be in this business.
