Horrible

They don't respond. They put me on review in May 2025, that was the last time I heard from them. No response to calls, WhatsApp or emails. They made arrangements I never agreed to, instead of interest reduction, they extended payment period. At some point, they moved my vehicle finance from 6 years to 9 years, but that wasn't the agreement. Now in the process of changing the debt Counsellor, they don't want to release my profile. I had to to contact the bank to cancel the debit order and I chance my bank account
