Unrelenting harassment and forced sales calls – Remove my details immediately
I am extremely frustrated with Cell Direct’s incessant harassment regarding my Telkom contracts over the past month. I have repeatedly informed their agents that I am managing my Telkom upgrades directly and do not require or want their assistance. Despite clearly stating that I am not interested, their sales reps refuse to listen and aggressively force their products on me. Their tactics are boundary-crossing and unacceptable: Calling multiple times a day, from early morning to late evening. Calling consecutively up to 3 times in a row if I disconnect. Routing calls through alternative numbers to bypass my call blocks. This is by far the worst customer experience I have encountered. The level of pushiness and refusal to accept a simple "no" is completely unprofessionalism. Immediately purge my personal contact information from your database and cease all communication

Continuous Harassment Calls from Cell Direct Marketing on Behalf of Telkom
I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive and persistent calls I have been receiving from Cell Direct Marketing, allegedly on behalf of Telkom. I initially engaged with one of the agents and clearly explained that I am not interested in making any changes to my current Telkom contract. Despite this, I received another call from a different agent, to whom I politely requested that my number be noted and removed from their calling list. I made it clear that I had already declined the offer. Unfortunately, this request has been completely ignored. Since then, I have continued to receive frequent calls—almost every second day. What is even more frustrating is that when I inform the agents that I have already spoken to multiple consultants and requested no further contact, they simply hang up on me. This is both unprofessional and disrespectful. The following numbers have been repeatedly contacting me: *** *** *** *** *** I have been a loyal Telkom customer for many years and have never experienced this level of harassment. These constant interruptions are disruptive, forcing me to stop what I am doing to answer calls that I have already declined multiple times. I request that Telkom urgently address this matter, ensure that my number is removed from all marketing call lists, and take appropriate action to prevent further harassment. If I get one more call from these guys, I am cancelling my products with Telkom

Stop harassing me
Cell direct keeps harassing me 7 times a day to get me to upgrade my telkom contract which i numerous times tell them to stop calling me. Its going on for months now and today i told them ill switch networks if they carry on and then called my wife after they called me and i told them not to call us and remove us from their list. Like how can you not get the message

Misinterpreted telkom sales agents
Misleading calls , fast to mention they are from telkom and just want to inform you your payment will be reduced since you've gone to month to month on the contract but forget to mention the contract is being renewed for 24 months. Telkom blames cell direct cell direct takes no accountability and says they will investigate. Load of ****mers.

This is the worst experience and ***** as the same time. I bought 2 S26 phones. Yesterday i got it. I opened the one and found in 10 minutes that it heated up. I called them and told them that i want to cancel the contract. I was told that i have 14 days to cancel if i am not happy. Now i was told that i will have to wait 30 days for cancelation. in which they will take a debit order for the phones. The closed phone will also , will take 30 days. Do not take a contract with these people as they lie and now want to take debit orders even though they have taken the admin fee already and i said that is fine. They are cooks and i am taking them to the ombudsman.
