Stop harassing me

Cell direct keeps harassing me 7 times a day to get me to upgrade my telkom contract which i numerous times tell them to stop calling me. Its going on for months now and today i told them ill switch networks if they carry on and then called my wife after they called me and i told them not to call us and remove us from their list. Like how can you not get the message
