Continuous Harassment Calls from Cell Direct Marketing on Behalf of Telkom

I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive and persistent calls I have been receiving from Cell Direct Marketing, allegedly on behalf of Telkom. I initially engaged with one of the agents and clearly explained that I am not interested in making any changes to my current Telkom contract. Despite this, I received another call from a different agent, to whom I politely requested that my number be noted and removed from their calling list. I made it clear that I had already declined the offer. Unfortunately, this request has been completely ignored. Since then, I have continued to receive frequent calls—almost every second day. What is even more frustrating is that when I inform the agents that I have already spoken to multiple consultants and requested no further contact, they simply hang up on me. This is both unprofessional and disrespectful. The following numbers have been repeatedly contacting me:

I have been a loyal Telkom customer for many years and have never experienced this level of harassment. These constant interruptions are disruptive, forcing me to stop what I am doing to answer calls that I have already declined multiple times. I request that Telkom urgently address this matter, ensure that my number is removed from all marketing call lists, and take appropriate action to prevent further harassment.

If I get one more call from these guys, I am cancelling my products with Telkom
