Unprofessional
I was called by ccd couriers with a date and time frame for delivery of my rain wifi. I took the whole day off and received no communication as they never showed. I lost a whole days pay and now they have given me another date meaning I lose a whole days pay....again due to the incompetence of ccd. Absolutely terrible company.

Worst Courier in South Africa!
Worst service, call dropping, late delivery. Appointment 11-13 but get told you will get it before end of day. When I complained they dropped the calll.

Drivers can give CCD a bad name with bad service delivery
I was supposed to get my parcel delivered but the courier guy delivering didn't do that. When I called the number I have received on the msg they said the guy is mins away. When I phoned after few minutes to ask where he is at suddenly he changes his story that he was already here. A tip to CCD don't just trust all the employees to do their jobs they can give you a bad name like this one. He gets paid to do his job and do it well but clearly he is not! I have the phone valls as proof that I did call 2 x times.

CCD couriers are timeous and easy to get hold off!
Had the misfortune of 3 credit cards replaced due to ***** in the space of 10 days. Each of the 3 deliveries were smoothly booked and delivered on time. The 2nd delivery did call to notify me they'd be late but ended up still in the initial prescribed time. CCD couriers are ahead of the game!
