Unable to Withdraw My Money Despite Full Verification
My experience with AltCoinTrader has been extremely disappointing. Since 26 October 2026, I have been trying unsuccessfully to withdraw my available funds of R1,118. Despite completing all FICA requirements and passing their security verification, which was confirmed in writing, I remain unable to access my money. I have sent approximately 30–40 emails, lodged numerous complaints and made approximately 15 telephone calls. During this process, I have received repeated and contradictory explanations involving technical problems, system upgrades, additional FICA requests and alleged problems with my *** email account. On several occasions, I was assured that withdrawals were possible and that the problems had been resolved. Unfortunately, these assurances have not resulted in my receiving my money. I have also incurred withdrawal fees and suffered potential financial prejudice after having to sell my XRP because I needed access to my funds. I have now escalated the matter to the FAIS Ombud and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority. In my opinion, the handling of this matter has demonstrated an unacceptable lack of communication, transparency and customer service. I would strongly encourage prospective customers to consider my experience before deciding to entrust their money to this platform.

Help in 1 Hour
I tried to open an altcoin trader account. It was July 24th. Friday, so I didn't expect to hear anything over the weekend. July 30th, I opened a ticket to help with the verification of my level two on my account. 3 times sent photos and ID and address, without success. Friday July 31st I logged another ticket for help with verification. A lady from Alcontrader contacted me by phone and I was able to tell her my problem. 1 hour later my account verification was done to level 2, I was able to start trading. What a privilege to contact such a person and get so much help in 1 hour, which I couldn't get in a day with documentation. She is just an asset to your department. Grateful for your help

Instant witdrawals taking days, charged R70+. Checkers voucher doesn't work, terrible site.
firstly I was charged R71 for an instant withdrawal. This withdrawal came through about a day later. They blamed the banks, I'm **** outta luck, whatever, I decided to let it slide. Not even a few days later, I buy a checkers voucher to get food, its now 4 hours later, I still haven't had a working voucher. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. This is theft.

firstly I was charged R71 for an instant withdrawal. This withdrawal came through about a day later. They blamed the banks, I'm **** outta luck, whatever, I decided to let it slide.
