Unable to Withdraw My Money Despite Full Verification

My experience with AltCoinTrader has been extremely disappointing.

Since 26 October 2026, I have been trying unsuccessfully to withdraw my available funds of R1,118.

Despite completing all FICA requirements and passing their security verification, which was confirmed in writing, I remain unable to access my money.

I have sent approximately 30–40 emails, lodged numerous complaints and made approximately 15 telephone calls. During this process, I have received repeated and contradictory explanations involving technical problems, system upgrades, additional FICA requests and alleged problems with my *** email account.

On several occasions, I was assured that withdrawals were possible and that the problems had been resolved. Unfortunately, these assurances have not resulted in my receiving my money.

I have also incurred withdrawal fees and suffered potential financial prejudice after having to sell my XRP because I needed access to my funds.

I have now escalated the matter to the FAIS Ombud and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority.

In my opinion, the handling of this matter has demonstrated an unacceptable lack of communication, transparency and customer service.

I would strongly encourage prospective customers to consider my experience before deciding to entrust their money to this platform.
