I tried to open an altcoin trader account. It was July 24th. Friday, so I didn't expect to hear anything over the weekend. July 30th, I opened a ticket to help with the verification of my level two on my account. 3 times sent photos and ID and address, without success. Friday July 31st I logged another ticket for help with verification. A lady from Alcontrader contacted me by phone and I was able to tell her my problem. 1 hour later my account verification was done to level 2, I was able to start trading. What a privilege to contact such a person and get so much help in 1 hour, which I couldn't get in a day with documentation. She is just an asset to your department. Grateful for your help
