Settlement letter
Is been 2 full months waiting for a letter to prove that I've paid them, when I'm calling they only thing they do is to ask for my ID number and they say they will get back to me with a feedback. Your service is very poor

The worst service provider
I signed up with the company, I paid them R8000 for them to help me. My last payment was in August and I haven’t been helped m, they literally ****med me of R8000. When I call the all taking me from pillar to post, and making me a fool. I have proof of all conversations and payments, they must help me or refund me all the money I paid. I don’t even have thier email addresses as they are so unprofessional

The worst service provider

Worst and most unprofessional service
They are quick to cold call and get you signed up. I was called by an Agent Daniel, who was quick to send the debi check mandates, but not wanting to send the documents and this morning I contacted him on whatsapp, to request cancellation and proof of cancellation up til this time 10:55 he hasn't provided with proof of cancellation. The way that they practice business is very unprofessional, I was even called by their legal department for a Q&A based off my experience on what Daniel told me and when I told them my discussion with him is different compared to they told me, I asked to listen to the call recordings and have not been contacted back. If you call their contact number, it does not even ring.

Unfulfilled promises
This company ****med me of my money, I signed an agreement with this company as they promised they would help me clear my record and remove my dept review flagged. I paid the R8400 I was charged in full plus the initial R650. Till this day I haven’t been assisted, my emails go unanswered, what’s worse is that now I am receiving calls from their sales department offering me these services, meaning my query has never been attended to. I need my money back so I can seek assistance elsewhere, I was never at any point told that my money is unreversable should the company fail to assist me, I need my money back, I cannot be ****med of my money just like that!!!

Warning others about the *****ulent practices of ADR Debt Solution.
I am writing this review to warn others about the *****ulent practices of ADR Debt Solution. On the 22 September 2025, I signed up for their services after being promised that I would first receive my credit profile and have a consultation to discuss it BEFORE any payment was taken from my account. They broke this promise entirely. To this date, I have NOT received my credit profile, any consultation, or any service whatsoever. Despite providing no service, ADR Debt Solution proceeded to debit my Standard Bank account for R695.00. When I contacted them to request a refund as no service was rendered, they refused. The debit order from them even appears as a "suspended mandate" in my bank account, which indicates a problem with the transaction. Standard Bank has been unable to reverse it, and ADR Debt Solution is withholding my money.
