Warning others about the *****ulent practices of ADR Debt Solution.

I am writing this review to warn others about the *****ulent practices of ADR Debt Solution.

On the 22 September 2025, I signed up for their services after being promised that I would first receive my credit profile and have a consultation to discuss it BEFORE any payment was taken from my account.

They broke this promise entirely. To this date, I have NOT received my credit profile, any consultation, or any service whatsoever.

Despite providing no service, ADR Debt Solution proceeded to debit my Standard Bank account for R695.00. When I contacted them to request a refund as no service was rendered, they refused.

The debit order from them even appears as a "suspended mandate" in my bank account, which indicates a problem with the transaction. Standard Bank has been unable to reverse it, and ADR Debt Solution is withholding my money.
