Unfulfilled promises

This company ****med me of my money, I signed an agreement with this company as they promised they would help me clear my record and remove my dept review flagged. I paid the R8400 I was charged in full plus the initial R650. Till this day I haven’t been assisted, my emails go unanswered, what’s worse is that now I am receiving calls from their sales department offering me these services, meaning my query has never been attended to. I need my money back so I can seek assistance elsewhere, I was never at any point told that my money is unreversable should the company fail to assist me, I need my money back, I cannot be ****med of my money just like that!!!
