The worst service provider

I signed up with the company, I paid them R8000 for them to help me. My last payment was in August and I haven’t been helped m, they literally ****med me of R8000. When I call the all taking me from pillar to post, and making me a fool. I have proof of all conversations and payments, they must help me or refund me all the money I paid. I don’t even have thier email addresses as they are so unprofessional
