I was called by an Agent Daniel, who was quick to send the debi check mandates, but not wanting to send the documents and this morning I contacted him on whatsapp, to request cancellation and proof of cancellation up til this time 10:55 he hasn't provided with proof of cancellation.

The way that they practice business is very unprofessional, I was even called by their legal department for a Q&A based off my experience on what Daniel told me and when I told them my discussion with him is different compared to they told me, I asked to listen to the call recordings and have not been contacted back. If you call their contact number, it does not even ring.
