Z-Fin is a **** & daylight *******
I paid without hesitation expecting to be assisted. I couriered the required documents and never got a response that my documents have been received. I’ve sent numerous WhatsApp texts, facebook texts and emails with no response. The landline doesn’t even go through. Is this institution still operating? What happened to my money? What’s the update regarding my removal? Do I have to fight to get assistance coz clearly I won’t get my money back

Pathetic ****mers
More than a year later and still no service from this pathetic company!!!! Before I started the process I spoke to the agents. First of all they told me that they handle everything for you which was a lie. I still had to phone the companies myself in order to get my prescribed letters, some where conference calls and others I phoned myself because if you have to wait for Z Fin you can just as well flush your money down the drain!!!! Eventually more than a year after paying Z Fin I've received all my prescribed letters. Then they wanted more money for the clearance certificate. According to them it will only take 21 business days!!!! I'm still waiting for my certificate!!! Pamela and the so called manager Chris are truly ***********!!!! You guys are a joke!!! Worst "service " ( no service) I've ever received!!!! Don't waiste your money on these clowns 😤

****mers!! They prey on vulnerable and desperate people. Once you pay them their full amount they don't answer calls, emails or WhatsApp messages. Your money will be gone! Do not use their services they are just ****** who lure you in after getting your money they dump you and they are no where to be found. If I could rate them zero stars I would!!!!

This company deserves 0/5 stars. I paid Z Fin in full after they promised they would remove my debt review flag quickly. Before I made the payment, they responded to every call and email almost immediately. As soon as they received my money, everything changed. They stopped answering my calls, ignored my emails, and failed to provide any updates or the service they promised. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel misled and ignored after payment. If you are considering using this company, be very careful and make sure you do your own research before trusting them with your money. They need to be reported to the relevant authorities. I hope they either complete the service they promised or refund my money.

This company once you settle their payment, they won't solve your case. I have sent them several emails and WhatsApp with no reply. I was dealing with the lady by the name of Clara and emailed her as well dololo no reply.
