Extremely Disappointed with Z-Fin's Service

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the service I have received from Z-Fin. I made my payment in good faith, expecting them to fulfil their commitments and provide me with the necessary assistance regarding my debt review removal. Unfortunately, after making payment, communication has become a serious problem. My attempts to get feedback, updates and clarity about the progress of my case have not received the response I expected. It is unacceptable for a paying client to be left in the dark after fulfilling their financial obligations.When a customer pays for a service, they deserve professionalism, accountability, transparency and regular communication. I should not have to chase a company for answers about a service I have already paid for.I am extremely frustrated because this matter affects my financial future, and I expected Z-Fin to handle it with the urgency and professionalism it deserves.Z-Fin, I want answers. Please provide me with a clear update on my case, confirmation of the work completed, and the outstanding documentation relating to my debt review removal.I would not recommend this service based on my experience so far. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and responds to me with a proper resolution rather than leaving me without answers. Paying clients deserve accountability, not silence.
