Terrible customer support service
Just experienced the worst customer service from one of the agents. I asked to recover my username and was told that i should confirm my details, in that message the agent sent me where it says i should confirm my details it has a part where it says if any of my details needs to be updated or has changed i need to provide the old details and the new details so i did that just to find out the agent Disebo told me i must now send an email with my details and pictures of my ID and me holding the ID to update my details, i understand that part its fine but then i asked so could you still help me with my username because i want to log in as that was the sole purpose of contacting support. Disebo told me that i need to update my details first through email so i dont understand why i had to give my details for my username because it was just a waste of time and after all of that when i just said "but i gave you all the information you needed to access my account to give me my username i will update my number at a later stage" she just didn't reply again i am very disappointed in this customer support center!

BEING CHEATED BY WORLD SPORTS BETTING CLEARLY AND OPENLY
World sports betting can be actual ******* , you cannot trust them, I highly recommend using other platforms , I had a winning bet, it met the criteria of the market yet the bet was resulted as void when I enquired about this world provide me with their rules saying that if an innings is reduced bets get voided , yet later in their own rules it says that for my market for runs Ina certain number of overs that if the overs are complete the bet should be resulted which was the case with my bet. Despite numerous emails to them , despite showing them their own rules they still refuse to pay me out , after I complained about their Initial wrong application of their rules they send emails saying it is being investigated and then after hours and hours and hours they come back with the same feedback. THEY WILL GO TO ANY EXTENT TO DUCK AND DIVE OUT OF PAYING YOU OR COMPENSATING YOU FOR THEIR ERRORS. GETTING THEM TO BEHAVE CORRECTLY IS AKIN TO DRAWING BLOOD FROM A STONE NO MATTER HOW RIGHT YOU ARE THEY ALMOST ALWAYS DEFAULT TO ITS NOT THEIR FAULT ITS THE SERVICE PROVIDER OR WE APOLOGIZE AND UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION BUT WE CAN DO NOTHING. Honestly if you really want endless frustration with sports betting then use wsb expect highly delayed resulting , incorrect resulting, limited markets delayed feedback if this is what you want use WSB. Else sincerely use another provider there are numerous numerous ones out there
