I am still struggling with 1win to close my account. Its 10 days now since I communicated that this account be closed permanently as I cannot withdraw they blocked my withdrawals after a win. I urge South Africans to stay away from this platform.

I have sent 20 emails requesting that 1Win close my account due to the poor service I have experienced, but I have yet to receive a proper response. My account was blocked from making withdrawals, which meant I could not access my money. There are also ongoing problems with deposits being credited, with customers sometimes having to wait more than four days. I no longer wish to use your platform and simply want my account closed. Can someone at 1Win please respond to my emails and process my account closure request? It is extremely frustrating that closing an account appears to be such a difficult process for 1Win customers, especially after repeatedly requesting assistance. Please respond to my request and confirm when my account will be permanently closed.

Hi, I made three withdrawals on the 15th of September and they all said "Successful" on the same day. Today is the 20th of September and I have not received even one withdrawal. I did all the appeals on the 16th and still nothing. 3 withdrawals? This company is a ****, I believe Africans should not engage with this platform. Even the customer support is just AI robots and not humans.
