Terrible customer support service

Just experienced the worst customer service from one of the agents. I asked to recover my username and was told that i should confirm my details, in that message the agent sent me where it says i should confirm my details it has a part where it says if any of my details needs to be updated or has changed i need to provide the old details and the new details so i did that just to find out the agent Disebo told me i must now send an email with my details and pictures of my ID and me holding the ID to update my details, i understand that part its fine but then i asked so could you still help me with my username because i want to log in as that was the sole purpose of contacting support. Disebo told me that i need to update my details first through email so i dont understand why i had to give my details for my username because it was just a waste of time and after all of that when i just said "but i gave you all the information you needed to access my account to give me my username i will update my number at a later stage" she just didn't reply again i am very disappointed in this customer support center!
