Woodford Car Hire - Deductions from refund
I was charged R 2 127,50 when I was due for my refund. I queried this with Woodford Customer Care. I was told that the charge was for mileage. I informed the agent that I did the booking through ***. I was informed to provide the agreement where it stated 200km free per day. I provided the agreement where is clearly states 200km free per day. I followed up a few times with customer care and did not receive any feedback. The next day I phoned and was told there was an email response on its way. The email response was that the charge was now for collecting the vehicle in one province and dropping it off in another province. I collected the vehicle at King Shaka Airport and dropped it off at King Shaka. I would recommend that anyone who hires vehicles from this Company check that they are refunded in full. Unfortunately you won't pick it up as you need to physically inspect your bank statement to notice that you have not been fully refunded. I will now make sure that our business and my family will not use this car hire company again. The amount of time I have to spend to resolve their incompetence is unreal. Thanks

Excellent
You can tell so much about a business by the attitude of their staff - and Woodford's staff are fantastic. Always helpful, lovely to deal with. The cars are good too - much better value than many of their competitors. I've rented many times with them and never any problem.
