Horrific Service, Funds confiscated and account closed without any valid reason. But atleast they apologized without being able to help.
DO NOT USE VIRGINBET. The betting site is brilliant to be honest. But the service is horrific. After many emails and a phone call from myself to them after asking them to call me to clarify, the best I could get was an apology and I cannot understand why it was closed but I cannot help you and I understand your frustration. I lost all funds in the account for no valid reason and noone seems to care or assist me in getting the matter solved. They simply cannot assist and I must be happy with their decision to close my account and keep all my funds. The lady on the call was very sweet and I thank here for trying, but seems that whoever she was dealing with while I was on hold the few times was basically just telling her that they not going to open my account or give my funds for no reason deal with it. So I will tell everyone I know and use social media to let everyone know not to use this horrific business. Sportingbet, Sunbet, Easybets, Betxchange etc offer much greater services. We are spoilt in ZA with many gambling sites so no need to use this ****. STAY AWAY FROM VIRGINBET

Disgrace
Recently i have made a deposit on their Virgin Bets gambling app. On my banking app the transaction got approved and on the Virgin Betting app it got declined. I tried contacting them via their support bot and sent a email directly toe them. At first they said there is nothing they can do, it should reflect in my bank account again and that i shouls contact my bank, after contacting my bank they said unfortunately because it was a immediate transfer to their app, i cannot report it. I have all receipt and bank statements to show how such a massive name in the game, thieving from there customers. 10/10 would not recommend.

Virginbet.co.za doesn't pay withdrawals/winnings
Virginbet.co.za is a ****ming gambling company. They don't pay withdrawals and will claim you used a bonus to bet even though you didn't. I deposited R100 using 1for you voucher and placed a R100 bet on Bayern Munich to win while they were losing 3-0 against Mainz at half time. Bayern won the 4-3 and Virginbet.co.za closed my account saying i violated Bonus Terms even though i used the R100 i deposited. They promised to resolve my issue but have been quiet since. If you value your money do not open an account with Virginbet.co.za. My account is still disabled/closed by this **** of a company
