After many emails and a phone call from myself to them after asking them to call me to clarify, the best I could get was an apology and I cannot understand why it was closed but I cannot help you and I understand your frustration. They simply cannot assist and I must be happy with their decision to close my account and keep all my funds. The lady on the call was very sweet and I thank here for trying, but seems that whoever she was dealing with while I was on hold the few times was basically just telling her that they not going to open my account or give my funds for no reason deal with it. So I will tell everyone I know and use social media to let everyone know not to use this horrific business. Sportingbet, Sunbet, Easybets, Betxchange etc offer much greater services.
