Promotion drama not happy all lies

The worst experience. I received *** and SMS regarding a promotion of R20, and received free bonus spins. I loaded the R20 and did not receive the R20 bonus spins. I query yesterday and today. The agent is telling me that the promotion state R150. The message i received state R20. They must credit my R20 back since they deny that the promotion state R20.
