Disgrace

Recently i have made a deposit on their Virgin Bets gambling app. On my banking app the transaction got approved and on the Virgin Betting app it got declined. I tried contacting them via their support bot and sent a email directly toe them. At first they said there is nothing they can do, it should reflect in my bank account again and that i shouls contact my bank, after contacting my bank they said unfortunately because it was a immediate transfer to their app, i cannot report it. I have all receipt and bank statements to show how such a massive name in the game, thieving from there customers. 10/10 would not recommend.
