Request for refund
On the 23/01 /2025 i was deposited registration fee of R2 500 for my child registration fee. After few days the university sent an email state that Diploma retail business management course that was app**** for was full. When I was contacted them request refund they said i should fillin the foarm they emailed it. I received the form and fill it submitted it to them. I did follow-up to check did they received the form they never picked up the phone till today

Request for refund

Delayed Letter of Completion and Administrative Failures
I am beyond frustrated with how my graduation process has been handled. I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting at the Vaal University of Technology in 2025 and app**** for graduation immediately after finishing my studies. To this day, I have still not received my letter of completion. What is completely unacceptable is that I am now receiving urgent emails instructing me to submit documentation for verification of my undergraduate qualification from another institution, with threats that I may not graduate in time if I fail to do so immediately. This is extremely concerning and frankly makes no sense. How was I admitted into a postgraduate programme if my undergraduate qualification had not been verified? This is a basic administrative requirement that should have been completed before my acceptance not now, at the final stage of my academic journey. The lack of proper communication and poor planning in handling this matter is deeply disappointing. I am now being pressured to urgently provide documents due to an internal oversight, which is entirely unfair. As a result of this delay in issuing my letter of completion, I have already lost out on opportunities, which has had a direct negative impact on me. This situation is unacceptable and cannot continue any further.

Letter of completion
I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in December 2025 and app**** for graduation in the same month, to this date I haven’t received my letter of completion. I am applying for jobs using an academic transcript. I have called the university and sent them email countless times and to this day no one has assisted me.

Request for Issuance of Letter of Completion
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of unresponsiveness regarding my graduation application. I app**** for graduation at the end of November 2025, immediately after completing my final examinations, as advised. It was therefore concerning to only receive communication on 18 March 2026 requesting additional documents, including evidence from my previous institution and my matric statement from over 20 years ago, with an expectation that these be submitted by the following day. Despite the short notice, I took time off work and obtained the required documents from the district office, as I understand the importance of verification processes. However, since submitting the documents, I have not received any acknowledgement of receipt. I have sent multiple follow-up emails to four different individuals, all of which have gone unanswered. Furthermore, phone calls are either not answered or I am redirected and asked to follow up again at a later stage, with no clear progress communicated. At this point, the lack of communication and delays have been extremely frustrating. What was once an exciting milestone has now become a source of stress. I would appreciate urgent assistance in this matter, as my immediate need is to receive my letter of completion in order to proceed with my professional and personal commitments.

Refund and unprofessionalism
I app**** at VUT and was accepted,and they told me to pay the minimum registration fee.When I had to register I couldnt.They said the course it’s full 😡.Then I app**** for a refund.Its been two months and they said it takes 21 days.I am so annoyed .They are not professional,they don’t answer their phones.When you send them emails,when they respond their emails don’t have signatures.They are so unprofessional.

You guys don't deserve even one star from the securities, head of the subject to head offices phone lines and all I wanted was my money I paid for my son's registration. I have never received such experience yeeerrrrrr ****ing me off
