Delayed Letter of Completion and Administrative Failures

I am beyond frustrated with how my graduation process has been handled.

I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting at the Vaal University of Technology in 2025 and app**** for graduation immediately after finishing my studies. To this day, I have still not received my letter of completion.

What is completely unacceptable is that I am now receiving urgent emails instructing me to submit documentation for verification of my undergraduate qualification from another institution, with threats that I may not graduate in time if I fail to do so immediately. This is extremely concerning and frankly makes no sense.

How was I admitted into a postgraduate programme if my undergraduate qualification had not been verified? This is a basic administrative requirement that should have been completed before my acceptance not now, at the final stage of my academic journey.

The lack of proper communication and poor planning in handling this matter is deeply disappointing. I am now being pressured to urgently provide documents due to an internal oversight, which is entirely unfair.

As a result of this delay in issuing my letter of completion, I have already lost out on opportunities, which has had a direct negative impact on me.

This situation is unacceptable and cannot continue any further.
