Request for refund

On the 23/01 /2025 i was deposited registration fee of R2 500 for my child registration fee. After few days the university sent an email state that Diploma retail business management course that was app**** for was full.

When I was contacted them request refund they said i should fillin the foarm they emailed it. I received the form and fill it submitted it to them. I did follow-up to check did they received the form they never picked up the phone till today
