Upon being accepted to study at VUT i tried paying my registration via the self service student portal but the website was crashing and I couldn't proceed with the registrations and opted to pay it directly from my account on the 30th of January,only to find out that the course was already full. I then proceeded to apply for refund on the 18th of February and having gotten a response till date even with me sending emails weekly for update.
