Poor customer service
Poor service received at mamelodi east total garage (bonjour) We love their popcorn as a community but the ladies there refuse to help. They counting money Infront of customers when there is a long queue. No communication, no apology. Things I even paid for I did not receive as there was no one to assist. They all having a conversation and giggling with no assistance, some customers even walked away😢. Kindly address behavior and customer service.

I went to buy Citro Soda at Total Nu South on the 24-10-26 at 21:10pm when I got home I drank the Citro Soda after drinking I checked the expiry date boom I drank the one that expired 05-2026 and the other one expired on 07-2026 i am scared for my life if I will get reaction, I'm not happy

Mug and Bean don't want to add my loyalty points on my app
I often go to the Mug and Bean on the move at Total Garage corner Malibongwe and Pres. Fouche but they are never able to let me earn my loyalty points or use my rewards that I have available on the app. Even when I have my subscription coffees, they cannot put this through so I have to pay and earn no loyalty points. The other Mug and Beans do not have this problem. Toal Garage Pres. Fouche claims it is the app, but it works elsewhere.

Total duplicate charge not solved after a week.
Total energies oranjesig machine declined my petrol payment but the money went off. they forced me to pay again and my money was never reversed. The manager told me to go to Capitec branch but capitec sent me back to get authorizatiin letter. Now Total oranjesig is asking for my id? . Its been more than a week and my money that they took is still pending. Total enegies are very bad at solving problems they cause.
