Mug and Bean don't want to add my loyalty points on my app

I often go to the Mug and Bean on the move at Total Garage corner Malibongwe and Pres. Fouche but they are never able to let me earn my loyalty points or use my rewards that I have available on the app. Even when I have my subscription coffees, they cannot put this through so I have to pay and earn no loyalty points. The other Mug and Beans do not have this problem. Toal Garage Pres. Fouche claims it is the app, but it works elsewhere.
