If I could rate them a zero I would. Placed an online order on the 17th of August 2026, on the 18th Arene informed me via *** that the item I ordered is not in stock despite their website having shown it was in stock . They wanted me to top up the money and go for another item , I then requested a refund. I filled the refund form and was advised it was handed to their accounts department on the 21st of August 2026 and it will take 5-7 working days for the refund to be effected. I have been sending numerous emails and receiving empty promises regarding my refund. My emails are ignored and the calls are not answered . Stay away from this ****

STAY AWAY! They wil take your money and not deliver or refund!
Absolutely pathetic service! Would not recommend this company to anyone. Still have not received my refund after they were unable to deliver stock that I have purchased. Stay Away!

No movement on refund for undelivered product!
Ordered and paid for a product online on 2025-10-22. Immediately received an email stating that the product was on backorder. Ended up having to buy elsewhere since I needed the product in December 2025. Endless back and forth on a refund since then with no success or prospect on success in sight. Very slick to take money - unmovable to get a refund!
