No movement on refund for undelivered product!

Ordered and paid for a product online on 2025-10-22. Immediately received an email stating that the product was on backorder. Ended up having to buy elsewhere since I needed the product in December 2025. Endless back and forth on a refund since then with no success or prospect on success in sight. Very slick to take money - unmovable to get a refund!
