Placed an online order on the 17th of August 2026, on the 18th Arene informed me via *** that the item I ordered is not in stock despite their website having shown it was in stock . They wanted me to top up the money and go for another item , I then requested a refund. I filled the refund form and was advised it was handed to their accounts department on the 21st of August 2026 and it will take 5-7 working days for the refund to be effected. I have been sending numerous emails and receiving empty promises regarding my refund. My emails are ignored and the calls are not answered . Stay away from this ****
