Another unresolved TDSA refund – buyers beware

Unfortunately, my experience with Tactical Distributors SA (TDSA) appears very similar to that of other customers reporting problems here.

I placed Order #71564 on 11 June 2026. An item was subsequently cancelled and a refund was due.

Despite numerous follow-ups, escalation emails and assurances from TDSA, the refund remains unresolved. TDSA has even acknowledged and apologised to me for the delay and lack of communication, yet the matter has still not been resolved.

What concerns me most is seeing other customers describing essentially the same experience: orders not fulfilled, refunds promised, repeated polite assurances, and then continued delays or silence.

I have tried to resolve this directly and reasonably with TDSA before posting publicly. At this point, however, I believe prospective customers should be aware of the apparent difficulties some customers are experiencing when trying to obtain refunds.

TDSA: please resolve Order #71564 / Ref WC-45875 and process the outstanding refund.
