Bad experience
I had a very unpleasant experience at Sterns Tygervalley today. I was outside the store, standing to the side of their entrance, completely out of the way and not inside the store or blocking anyone. I was simply answering a text message because I didn't want to walk and use my phone at the same time. I had been standing there for barely a minute when a lady inside the store asked me to move. I was not loitering, I was not blocking the entrance, and I was not interfering with any customers. I was literally standing to the side of the entrance for less than a minute while replying to a message. I found this unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. There was absolutely no reason for me to be approached in that manner when I was clearly just answering a message and was not causing any disturbance. I understand that the area outside a store may be something they want to keep clear, but there is a polite way to communicate that. Being asked to move after barely a minute, while standing to the side of their entrance and completely out of the way, left a very poor impression of Sterns Tygervalley.

Disappointing Experience With Sterns
A very disappointing experience My mom bought me a watch from Sterns as a birthday gift. She purchased it in-store, but her time ran out before she could take the watch with her. The staff offered to deliver it to her workplace and said they knew where she worked. When the watch was delivered, the packaging was already ripped. Since it was my birthday gift, my mom did not open it because she wanted to give it to me on my birthday. Today, when I finally opened my birthday present, I was extremely disappointed to find that the watch itself was badly cracked and damaged. I cannot say how the damage happened or whether it was done intentionally, but I do find it concerning that the package was already ripped when it was delivered and the watch was damaged inside. This was supposed to be a special birthday gift, so it is really upsetting to receive a damaged product, especially after trusting the store to deliver it safely. I would appreciate an explanation from Stains and a proper solution to this issue.

DONT BUY FROM BASH OR STERNS EVER!
I purchased earrings from Sterns via the BASH app. I was told not to fetch them as I can't return the product. From July to date I have not received the refund! BASH say they have refunded via Payu gateway but Standard Bank can't trace the refund with the reference number provided. DONT BUY FROM BASH EVER!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK
I purchased a Tempo Gold Watch from Sterns At Zevenwratched Mall . I received a small note/slip that is not even dated with the purchase date, which is incorrect and unprofessional, the note note has a 3 year warranty which according to lady that assisted me doesn’t cover the defects but that is not stipulated on that note. Shortly after purchase, the watch started peeling / fading. This is supposed to be a gold watch. I went back to the store to report the defect, and I was told they cannot assist me and that I will have to cover the fixing expenses myself. This is unacceptable because: 1. The product is defective and not durable as advertised. 2. Sterns issued me an undated note, which violates proper sales record expect Sterns to: 1. Take the watch back for quality inspection at their cost. 2. Replace the watch with a non-defective one, or refund me in full. 3. Issue me a proper dated proof of purchase. I have supported Sterns and I expected better after-sales service. Zevenwacht Mall failed to assist Me.

I bought a watch via the bash app, after waiting 2 weeks for it and wore it only once, the dials on the watch broke. I took it back for the guarantee and waited 3 months to fixed. Once fixed I noticed that the dials does not glow in dark as the previous broken dials had done. So they Sterns replaced my dials with inferior dials. Poor workmanship.
