SLOWEST DELIVERY IN SA
THE SLOWEST GROCERY DELIVERY SERVICE IN SA! I’ve ordered from this place 3 times now. 2nd time, I was just giving it another chance because places CAN be busy. 3rd time, i thought would be a charm. Yes, they are relatively cheaper than other stores but the delivery? Takes 1 to 2 hours. Y’all can do better. I’m sticking to Checkers, thank you very much.

Spar 2u and Rynfield Terrace
In the past 7 weeks spar 2u deliveries from Spar Rynfield terrace are being done by Uber deliveries. I send notes on exaxtly where and how to get to my address as Gps does not pin point correctly where I stay. 5 times now the delivery person can not find my address. I send live location to some etc Twice now deliveries go back to Spar . Who the has to resend. I phone with correct delivery , put it on orders To no avail 😡😡😡😡😡😡 I now will be contimplating to no longer shop with Spar or use Spar 2u as the logo in the shop is false adverti*****t about home deliveries. It is not always easy to get to shops . Really ,really ,really bad service .

Good day I've just downloaded the Spar 2U app and I realized that they need your ID numbers to register on the app, I'm VERY uncomfortable with this because we all know about identity theft issues we have in SA so I want to know why is this the requirement? Can't they just use contact details, email address, name and surname only?

My refund on out of stock product
So I order some washing liquid on the 26 of june with the app and waited note that I never received a message or any update on my product when I called and then they only told me that there is no longer in store I then ask to reverse the money back into my account they said it will take 1-2 weeks The 17th July i called again because I had a budget but yet I did not get anything back and the lady that I spoke to told me dont know when ill get it so I should wait for it so how come when you order with other app you dont wait more than a month to get your own money back Today is the 22 July and im still waiting on my money. The order was at spar2u and zomerlust accepted it

Delayed and Incorrectly Marked Delivery
I placed an order with **SuperSpar Mdantsane (Eastern Cape) at 14:20, with the selected delivery window of 15:00–16:00. However, my order was marked as delivered on the system, despite the fact that I had not received it. At 17:00, I contacted the store to enquire about the delivery since the customer care line is useless and was informed that the driver was on the way. It has now been **47 minutes** since that call, and I still have not received my order. I am extremely disappointed by both the significant delay and the inaccurate delivery status. Marking an order as delivered when it has not reached the customer is unacceptable and makes it difficult to know the true status of the delivery. I would appreciate an urgent update on my order 15370 and an explanation for why it was marked as delivered before it had actually been delivered.

Spar2u orders always cancelled or items not available after payment !!!
3rd time ordering from them and all 3 times stuff was cancelled cause it wasn’t in stock why is it available on the app if not there ?? The other website atleast lets you choose replacements what in the damn world. Stupid app won’t use it again .
