My refund on out of stock product

So I order some washing liquid on the 26 of june with the app and waited note that I never received a message or any update on my product when I called and then they only told me that there is no longer in store I then ask to reverse the money back into my account they said it will take 1-2 weeks The 17th July i called again because I had a budget but yet I did not get anything back and the lady that I spoke to told me dont know when ill get it so I should wait for it so how come when you order with other app you dont wait more than a month to get your own money back Today is the 22 July and im still waiting on my money.
