Negligent and poor customer service
I have sent them a complaint on the 23rd/09/2026 regarding a spoiled iwisa maize meal that had maggots and all kinds of pantry pest and we couldn't use it. They send an email asking for my number only to ring me for 1 second and drop the call. Horrible service on their part.. I sent all pictures and proof of purchase and nothing was done.

Snowflake needs needs new quality control.
My 35 years of baking I have used Snowflake but I need to possibly rethink using the product. Twice I have purchased 2.5 kg from Saldanha Spar and twice I have had major issues. Everything I have used the flower for from Rooti to scons to dumplings and bread gas been a total flop and the end products are so rubbery. The worst part is the best before date is 2027. Has Snowflakes quality gone down and do we have to start buying and testing other products.

Shockingly Disappointing Customer Service
On 29th June 2026 I wrote to *** reporting an incident where I purchased a box of lil-lets that was packaged as per usual but the contents were not what it was supposed to be. I was given a reference number 2026-F8S4-35593 and they promised to be in touch to date nothing. I submitted photographs of everything and to think because they believe their customers don't matter, give them inferior products and top it up with bad customer service. I mean, I understand who am I just one lousy customer they don't carr about and whether I was inconviences or not. Highly Highly disappointed

Disgusting contents of a Snowflake product
It appears that Premier primarily responds to customers through this platform. I previously contacted their customer care line via email but did not receive any response. My email included photographs of the packaging, which showed a dead moth and web-like strands inside the product. A further concern is the lack of essential information printed on the packaging. I understand that details such as the production date, best-before date, and batch identification are typically required for consumer safety and traceability. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act and general food labelling standards, this information is important for transparency and accountability. The absence of this information makes it difficult to verify the product’s origin and raises concerns about quality control. The lack of response, combined with insufficient packaging information, creates the impression that customer concerns are not being taken seriously. I would appreciate acknowledgement of this issue and a clear response from Premier. It is also concerning that many complaints on this platform involve similar findings of insects—such as moths or worms—in flour or related products. While I cannot comment on those cases directly, it does raise concerns about possible issues in storage, handling, or quality control. If these concerns are not addressed, I will consider escalating the matter to the National Consumer Commission, as well as the relevant health authorities, for guidance and possible further investigation.

Premier Foods FMCG - Terrible Company, dont buy thier products
I bought a product of Premier Foods FMCG on 25 February. There was an issue with the product and I emailed the customer service. Unless I chase them, they never email me with any form of update or try change the product. They just fob me off, over and over. I will make sure I never buy their products again. All I wanted was an update on what happening, I have told them never to contact me again. Good riddance to bad *******. Shocking Customer Service. They clearly dont have any respect for their customers!
