I live in a rural area in Mpumalanga with no cell signal. When SkyNet was appointed to deliver my NATIS licence discs (weighbill ***), I immediately contacted them on their own WhatsApp number (+***4) and provided a Google Maps GPS pin with written instructions directing the driver to Gate C16 at my property. SkyNet rep****: "rest assured the parcel will arrive soon." No driver arrived. No WhatsApp update. No attempt to use the information I had provided. SkyNet then informed me via WhatsApp that the parcel had been returned to the sender — RTMC — citing unsuccessful delivery attempts. There were no delivery attempts. A GPS pin and written gate instructions had been provided and were simply ignored. As a direct result, both my vehicles (BH75GLGP and CR22PWGP) are without valid licence discs. I cannot legally drive either one. I require SkyNet to retrieve the parcel from RTMC and redeliver to the GPS coordinates already on record, with WhatsApp notification before the driver departs.
