If I could select stars into the negative, I would give it a negative 10 stars. What a disgraceful and *********** company. Tracking updates are not accurate and customer service ends the conversation immediately after they've sent you a very vague reply. So you are unable to continue the discussion and get clarification. I will contact the highest person possible at VOX and advise them to immediately stop their SLA with SkyNet, as SkyNet's total lack of service reflects poorly on VOX's service delivery. If I could, I would attached screenshots of the multiple attempts to have conversations in clarifying the location and status AND why my parcel hasn't been delivered even though I received an SMS that the parcel is out for delivery!!! PATHETIC!
