Bad service

I am extremely disappointed with your delivery service. My package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, Thursday and again Friday, but on those occasions, no one came to deliver it. Instead, the tracking status was updated to say that no one was home.

I was home on those days and was actively tracking my package, waiting for the delivery. It is frustrating and unacceptable to be told that no one was home when no delivery attempt was made.No one called and even my numerous email that I send no no one is responding, your WhatsApp it's useless

This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. I expect better communication, accountability, and reliable service from your company.

Please investigate this matter, explain why the delivery status was incorrectly updated, and arrange for my package to be delivered as soon as possible.
