Order not received for 2 months
I placed an order in the beginning of July 2026. To date I have not received my order, instead every day (when I ask) I am told the order is on it's way. I just want my refund which I am told will be processed within 24-48 hours. This business dies not care about their customers. I am so disappointed since I was looking to try their products but their business practices are super unprofessional it's frustrating

Order not received for 2 months
I placed an order in the beginning of July 2026. To date I have not received my order, instead every day (when I ask) I am told the order is on it's way. Be careful with this site
I ordered facial products from skin remedy last month (6 July 2026). I have neither received my products or refund. It’s been excuses after excuses, I’m pleading for any assistance as that’s my hard earned money.

Be careful with this site

Don’t complain when service is bad only also share the good part!
The products are really good I see my acne is fading and dark spots are getting lighter very good products

Just be honest don’t be shy!!!
Finally i have received my order Dow I was disappointed with the delivery it took longer and they said they processed my refund if they can be honest and tell us that delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks it could be just okay because there are so many ****mers out there going back and forth with the delivery refund issues it’s not good for the business it ruins the business

I’m so disappointed with the service is bad I placed an order 2 weeks back they keep saying delivery will take place in 3 business days worse of all there’s no customer service contact you wait for them you contact them they respond to after hours with the same message they don’t value and respect customers

Facial products not delivered
I have made an order for my facial products on the 16th March 2026 and i was told they will deliver within 7 business days, i made follow ups regarding my order and i was told they are sorry for the delay and assured me that if they can't deliver on Thursday the 26th March they will refund, i am still awaiting they communication currently with no one picking calls or responding my emails.
